Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Don and
Judi Hall own the exclusive copyright to all photographs,
art, and text appearing on the Gingezel web site.
Personal non-commercial, private use is encouraged and
free. You are welcome to:
• print a few photos or haibun,
• email a copy to a friend, and
• use the images to make a card
Public use for non-commercial purposes is also allowed as
long as credit is given. This includes:
• printing multiple copies for nursing homes, hospitals,
schools, etc., and
• displaying on a non-commercial web site provided you
display next to the image or text the copyright information
and an active link to www.gingezel.net.
Commercial use: Permission and a licensing fee are required
in any activity where payment is earned. The basic idea is
if you make money, we make money. This includes:
• presentations, newsletters, stationery, cards, etc.,
• use for advertising or promotional purposes,
• use on a commercial web site, and
• use on a product that is sold or contains paid
advertising.
